 As part of an analysis of respite care (short breaks) in the Barking, Havering and Redbridge area we have created a short survey.

 We would be very grateful if you could share it with anyone who you feel would like to contribute?

Are you a parent or carer for someone who uses or needs respite services? Please tell us about your experiences

 We are working with local providers and commissioners to look at short break care services - these services are known as respite care or short break services. 

Locally we want to make sure that these services work as well as possible. We would like to know about your experiences of short break and respite care services and what else you would like to see. Please help us by taking part in our short on-line survey: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/BHR-respite-care We are collecting responses until Monday 19 March 2018.

We will use this information to help develop options for how services like this will be provided in future. We want to make sure that services are easy to access, flexible, fun and supportive for the young people and adults using them, and give families the help they need.
